Welcome to Envision Arts! www.envisionartshow.com (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Envision Arts. Envision Arts is also referred to as: “We/Us". The Artist is also referred to as “Artist” and “You(r/re)”.

Submissions:

We agree to thoughtfully review any and all Artist submissions to one or both the Envision Arts Show/Exhibit and Envision Online Magazine. We agree that every artist’s work(s) will be carefully considered based on the fully completed required submission form as well as the principle criteria, including but not limited to, technique, originality, skill and composition. The Artist understands that submission of work does not guarantee the works admittance to said exhibit and/or magazine. The Artist understands that any incomplete submission is subject to be rejected by the juror/co-juror. The Artist understands that any submission that does not follow the criteria or violates the specifications set forth for the exhibit is subject to be rejected by the juror/co-juror. Any Artist selected by the juror/co-juror will be notified by no later than the listed submission closing date for any exhibit. The Artist understands that submission to one exhibit does not transfer to any other or all exhibits listed on the site. The following types of submissions are prohibited and will not be considered for the exhibit: 

• Fan Art
• Abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, and otherwise offensive statements/material (this includes but is not limited to political or religious statements or beliefs, gender identity, sexual orientation or any other theme that is designed to “target” any person, place, thing or idea negatively)
• Promotion of illegal activities 
• Explicitly lewd or sexual material, pornography, violent acts
• Misrepresentation/False or misleading information 
• Collecting information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other artists/persons 
• Material that contains software viruses, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit functionality

Images/Intellectual Property:

All artists retain the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in any artwork or other content in their submission. By completing the submission form and uploading images, artists grant Envision Arts a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to copy image, distribute, re-format if necessary, store, and display the artwork or content. By uploading your images and completing the required submission form, the artist agrees to allow Envision Arts to share any or all works of art and/or artist information, eg; name, website information, etc., to further promote said artist via our various online portals, including but not limited to the website, Envision Online Magazine, and social media channels. Artists may revoke this license at any time by contacting us by email via the website. Artists upload any artwork, images and content at their own risk and agree that Envision Arts will not be held liable for the misrepresentation of their art and/or information by another party.

Fee:

All artist submissions require a non-refundable, non-transferable $35 jury fee for physical exhibitions. Envision Arts does not charge artists a booth/vendor/space fee of any kind. We do not require artists to sell tickets. Envision Arts retains a 30% commission on both original and print sales.

All artist submissions to virtual / online galleries require a non-refundable, non-transferable $10 jury fee.

Jurors:

Envision Arts is committed to helping and representing both emerging and established artists, so we have partnered with several like-minded individuals to jury or co-jury our exhibits! Jurors may include, but are not limited to: artists (local or national), creative directors, gallery owners/directors, industry professionals and more. Jurors/Co-jurors and their bio/credentials will be announced at the time of open call. Note that, per our privacy policy, jurors/co-jurors reserve the right to remain anonymous.

Exhibits:

Envision Arts agrees to provide all selected artists with display space sufficient for the approved, jury-selected works. This is including, but not limited to floor space, wall space, easels, tables, pedestals or vertical display. Envision Arts will be responsible for install and reserves to right to make changes to any set up, display or arrangement of art in the exhibit. The Artist must agree to drop off art (on time and on date) at the designated location, or risk losing their space in the exhibit.

Cancellations and No Shows:

Envision Arts exhibitions will continue rain or shine. All exhibits are held indoors. If for any reason, the exhibit is to reschedule, the artist will be notified of the new date and/or time. If for any reason, an artist is unable to participate, or must cancel their participation in the exhibit, the artist is expected to contact us by email via the website. If an artist is a no show for art drop off, the artist risks losing the opportunity to show. If an artist is a no show for the exhibit entirely, the artist may not be considered for future exhibits. There are no refunds and/or transfers.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to us. Envision Arts will ever share or sell your personal information to a third party and we protect the information and/or personal properties we obtain from you. We may collect personal identification information, including but not limited to, when artists respond to a survey, fill out the submission form, fill out the contact form, and other services/features/resources on the website. Artists may be asked for name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit/debit card information, as is appropriate for artist submission/exhibit purposes. This notice describes our privacy policy as it relates to the collection, protection and disclosure of such information resulting from credit card transactions and artist registrations and profiles. Envision Arts has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. By using our website and completing the artist submission form, you agree and signify your acceptance of this policy and all other terms and conditions.

Release & Waiver of Liability:

The artist hereby fully and forever release, discharge, and agree not to sue Envision Arts, or any of its affiliates/representatives/successors for any and all claims, causes of action or liability for any injury, loss or damage sustained or incurred by artist or guests arising out of or in any way associated with attendance at or participation in the exhibit. Envision Arts does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in the exhibit. Envision Arts, nor any of its affiliates/representatives/successors, will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property at any time during exhibit, install, de-install, art drop off or any other time relating to exhibit.
